The Research Of Community Culture Construction In Jinzhou Based On Ling He And Gu Ta Districts

Urban community as the basic unit of the society, its culture construction directlyaffects the development of the social culture and even the entire social stability andprogress. Community culture construction is not only to promote and realize theself-value and comprehensive development of individuals, but also promote thedevelopment of individual and society. Besides that it is an important part to strengthenthe construction of socialist spiritual civilization of our country, and lay a solidfoundation for the vigorous development of socialist cause. Jinzhou as westernLiaoning center city, the community culture construction of Jinzhou city will have asignificant impact on the western Liaoning region, even in the whole Liaoning. TheJinzhou city community culture construction made great progress in recent years, theinfrastructure, community culture management team already existed, communitycultural activities is more active, but the community culture construction alsoencountered many problems to be solved, the purpose of this paper is to study theproblems of Jinzhou city community culture construction, find the solutions, in order toprovide reference for the urban community culture construction.This paper, guided by the Marxist culture development theory, based on the theoryof socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, from the community cultureconstruction four aspects to define the connotation of community culture. During theresearch we issued7700questionnaires, and analysis the recycling questionnaire usingSPSS17.0, with the method of variance analysis. In the level of physical and mentalthere is a statistically significant difference, P <0.05. So that means Jinzhou citycommunity culture construction has an achievement prominent in the material baseconstruction, basically achieves the community residents’ demand for cultural life, butspiritual construction is weak, become the biggest bottleneck of the development ofJinzhou city community culture. This paper, based on that, analysis the other twoaspects of the problems, put forward that: for the domestic and foreign advancedexperience of community culture construction, based on the Jinzhou city’s unique culture and unique cultural foundation, we should strengthening and perfect theexisting in the physical basis, at the system level to standardized management, on thespiritual level to establish people-oriented concept of community culture constructionand to build positive and warm harmonious community and highlight on behavior levelJinzhou city to develop distinctive local characteristics of community cultural activities.
