Youth Social Organizations Participate In Social Governance

With the development of China’s economic and the in-depth systerm reform of governance, social organizations mushroomed rapidly, especially the youth social organizations, gradually becomes an important force to promote social economic development. But it stills a practical problem that how we can make social organization more effectively and improve the function of youth social organization. The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC considered that guide the social organization to develop healthy and orderly as an important task, which can strengthen and innovate social management. Laterly, The Eighteen in the second and The Third Plenary Session also proposed to accelerate the transformation of governmental functions and the development of social organization, so that the community organization can undertake the relevant "social affairs". In the same time, they figured that only improve the method of social governance and stimulate the creativity of social organization can we bring the new opportunity to the youth social organization.We found that is the recent years, youth society organization began to explore and research the social governance. However, in the background of social governance innovation, social organizations participate in social management innovation have became an inevitable trend of social development, as well as the consensus of academia and government. A Number of youth social organizations are emerged, which show a good development trend of youth social organizations. But it also demonstrated many problems when the youth social organization development. By the word, neither the organization itself or the practice of participate in social governance innovation, it is a difficult issue need to be envisaged and resolved.This report analyzes the development of youth social organizations which serve for teenagers and know the real development situation of ShaanXi’s social organization by field research and information searching. At the same time, throught my more than ten years experience in youth-relavant social organization work, I drew a conclution about the feature, real situation, the social governance modle of youth social organizations, and how to mobilize social forces to participate in social governance. So this paper will focus on the issue of youth social research organizations in social governance, which is divided into five parts.The first chapter describes the comprehensive study of the study background, significance, current research by scholars and the contents of the study, research methods, etc.; The second chapter is to explain the relevant concepts and the explanation of theories. Base on the explicit meaning of social organization and social governance, we focuse on the basis theory of youth social organizations how to participate in social governance; The third chapter discuss the necessity of youth social organizations involved in social governance, and the analysis of internal current mode; The fourth chapter considered Shanxi youth social organization as an example to dissect its characteristics, problems and causes, analyze the social management innovation model; The fifth chapter, according to the mode of foreign youth social organizations to participate in social management and enlightenment is studied; The final part, on the basis of research in a previous chapter, relevant countermeasures are given. Through the analysis of six chapters, I hope you have a better understanding of social organizations of Shaanxi Province, so as to Shaanxi Provincial Youth social organization participate in social governance more effectively and provide them a theoretical guidance.
