The Practice Of Research In Social Organizations To Participate In Social Governance

Social problem is all-encompassing,governance is complicated,but the government is not everything,the practice of social organizations in the social organization is promising,the whole social organization development not balanced,inadequate in our country,in the role of social governance play enough,this is because our country social organization self survival ability is insufficient,lack of credibility,also because of government support.Taking heart volunteer association for case study,the use of the framework of the new public service theory,with the common value of diversified public service idea and the premise,the analysis of the current development of social organizations of the five main difficulties: one is the social organizations to participate in the public service motivation,2 it is social organizations tend to market-oriented operation,three is a social organization "double management system" and its shortage,four is the lack of social organizations of professional talent,five is the credibility of social organization is generally low.To solve these problems,in the heart of volunteers association found a way to solve the concrete practice process,and put forward the the important measures to reduce voluntary failure and diversification of the supervision system.Research ways there are two main methods,this paper is an empirical study,using association analysis of the internal management of data is another kind of field research,by the authors themselves to participate in the association of public welfare activities,experience activities in the specific practice effect,the paper summarizes the feedback in the process of acquisition practice.The purpose of this article is to draw lessons from the successful experience of the heart to heart volunteer association and advise to the practice of social organizations to participate in social governance,the meaning of the thesis is on the one hand,promotes the development of social organizations,and attaches great importance to the social organizations in the social management function,so that more standardized management of social organizations,make social organizations to play a more diversified;In view of the social organization,on the other hand,the specific problems in the internal management and public service countermeasures are put forward.Thus draw the conclusion: it is to further perfect the legislation;Second,do not relax regulation,guarantee fund use transparent;Three is to accelerate the social organization of thetalent team construction;Four is to carry out the responsibility,attach importance to social organizations to participate in the party construction in the process of social governance.
