The Stady Of Mongolian Culture In The Tian Shan Town

With modernization and urbanization, more and more Mongolian become to live and work in town. How to protect and inherit national culture in this historical course is an important issue of reality for Mongolian to face. Taking Tianshan town as example, this paper investigates the situation of using Mongolian language, the acknowledgement of national historical culture and the state of remaining folk customs, such as diet, costume, wedding customs, handicraft art, festivals. On that basis, it will indicate the problem existing in the remaining and inheriting national culture, and propose an evaluation index of vitality of Mongolian culture inherit age in town, what more, it will provide a academic discussion for constructing national featured towns and managing well national issues.Through such study methods of ethnology and sociology as interviewing method participant observation method and questionnaire method, the writer collects sufficient and reliable first handed material and discusses the condition of Mongolian culture inheritance in Tianshan town objectively.This paper consists of three parts:introduction, text and conclusion.In part of introduction, it discusses background and significance of topic, the method of study and the spot of study.First part, it discusses the condition of Tianshan town of using Mongolian language, the acknowledgement of national historical culture and the state of remaining folk customs, such as diet, costume, wedding customs, handicraft art, festivals.Second part, it discusses the impact of the government and non-government organization on Mongolian culture inheritance in Tianshan town objectively.Third part, it discusses the current situation of national culture preserved and inherited by Mongolian schools and students in Tianshan town. It expounds and analyzes the educational efforts Mongolian schools for Mongolian culture and the situation of students understanding Mongolian history and culture, through an investigation on Mongolian kindergarten, Mongolian experimental primary school, Hanwul School, Mongolian middle school, Fifth middle School and Second High School.Forth part, it evaluates the vitality of Tianshan town of protecting and inheriting Mongolian culture, and discusses the importance and major trend of preserving and inheriting national culture.
