| With the improvement of people’s living standards, Eco-tourism which can achieve ecological, economic and social novel approach to sustainable tourism development has been people’s favor. We must be on the development of Eco-tourism resources development and utilization, the Eco-tourism development conditions is not only related to the sustainable use of Eco-tourism resources and the protection of ecological environment, but also related to the legitimate rights and interests of residents, what’s more, it was involved the establishment of Eco-tourism industry of sustainable development and ecological civilization system.After decades of development, China’s Eco-tourism has made some achievements, but there were many deficiencies in the construction of Eco-tourism related policies and the legal system in our country, during the development of Eco-tourism there were still some problems, it is a urgent problem to perfect China’s ecological tourism development in the process of ecological compensation legal system. The author has analyzed ecological tourism, ecological tourism development and the connotation of ecological compensation legal system in this paper, and point out that introduce ecological compensation legal system can solve a series of problems in the development process. The author further from the angle of economics, law and ecology, ecological tourism development in our country are analyzed in the process of the theoretical basis of ecological compensation legal system, by analyzing the legal compensation system of the United States, Acosta Africa and Australian to realized that sound compensation legal system and supporting system is the key factor. On the base of present situation and problems of ecological compensation system in the process of China’s ecological tourism development, the author has suggested some advises to perfect the ecological compensation legal system and supporting system. |
