Research On The Effective Participation Of People 's Organizations In Social Governance From The Perspective Of Governance Theory

People’s organizations are non-profit organizations with Chinese characteristics, the traditional eight people’s organizations including the Communist Youth League, All-China Federation of Labor, All-China Women’s Federation, All-China Youth Federation, All-China Federation of Industry&Commerce, China Association for Science and Technology, All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, All-China Federation Of Taiwan Compatriots. People’s organizations as the Party and government and service bridge and link specific groups, plays a positive role in coordinating the interests of all parties, to play all advantages, maintain social stability.In theory, as the field of governance, with the continuous development of our society, showing the diversity of social governance body, governance complex objects, features diversity, diversity of social governance issues such as governance means, these requirements include features people’s organizations, including the main active role, active participation in social governance. February2015the CPC Central Committee issued a "mass organizations to strengthen and improve the Party’s Work", clearly states:"Under the new situation, the party’s mass organizations work can only be strengthened, not weakened; only improvement to improve, not stagnant before "and unequivocal" support mass organizations to strengthen services and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people working in support of mass organizations to play a role in socialist democracy, support mass organizations involved in innovation and social governance and maintaining social stability." This is people’s organizations to participate in social management put forward higher requirements for new ones.In this paper, based on the theory of governance, through the analysis of the new features of social governance and the emergence of new problems currently presented to Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese as a case of one group of people’s organizations to participate in the advantages of social governance, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, pointing out difficult to adapt to the operation of its existence itself on ideas, organization management mechanism is difficult to adapt to the way the problem is difficult to adapt to participate in social management and other areas, and gives the corresponding strengthening people’s organizations to participate in social governance mission, to improve people’s groups involved in running the organization of social governance mechanism, people’s organizations to participate in innovative ways and means of social governance, institutionalized way of providing advice and other organizations involved in social governance for the people.
