High resolving-power matrix CCD oriented, the article provides a solution on a new type of controlling and acquisition signal system through hardware and software designing and realization, which can be used on digital camera and under the condition that requires high-performance and high resolve-power of image processing capability. The platform of the study is NIOSII SOPC embedded system.The system which core controller is NIOSII soft-core processor and auxiliary controller is MCU that realized the peripheral's configuration and control, has relatively high extendable and flexibility. As the NIOSII CPU is a embedded soft core, it is easy to construct its own specialized embedded system and develop high capability VS price Expert System.The key work of the paper includes:Collected and studied the material about Matrix-CCD RJ21P3AHOPT sensor, programmable chip EP1C6, NIOSII processor, SDRAM and Zoom lens. Designed collection and controlling PCB with LR38642 which canned by116 pins BGA. And PCB is 4-layer electronic circuit plate. Debugged and tested designed function of all property units.The designed system was studied on the image acquisition, saving, processing, and the function of system related under the condition that include matrix CCD-RJ21P3AH0PT and driving and controlling IC of LR38642 that was controlled by MCU plus NIOSII soft-core processor based on FPGA. Especially, accomplished the Avalon data stream module DMA transmission between SDRAM and IR3Y48A1 with SOPC technology. By the way, it also covers the saving of collected data to CF and the display to LCD. At last, the acquired image data was displayed on LCD.With careful consideration of matrix CCD-RJ21P3AH0PT sensor's indexes, designed multiplex controllable electrical sources under the control of CPLD and microprocessor,which control the sequence of power on and power off for the power supply of CCD.It was researched the manual -controlling of the lens zoom,focus,shutter and iris of F2.8 camera using CPLD and microprocessor and auto camera control related technology.
