| With the development of the technologies of micro-electronics, computers, and embedded system , and the application of them in project measuring, the new ideas of design and the new model of realization appear now, which break through the conventional pattern. The new generation of embedded nonmetal ultrasonic detecting system has flexible operating pattern, reasonable structure, scientific tasks assignment,and show a splendid future.This subject designs the modularized embedded nonmetal ultrasonic detecting system through building a SOPC in FPGA chip,which combines a reconfigurable soft micro-processor and an embedded multitasking RTOS.The system has powerful functions of gathering acoustic wave, processing data, human-computer interaction.It overcomes the defects of traditional ultrasonic detecting system, such as long cycle to come into the market,upgrade unconvenient and high power consume. The performance of new system is increased greatly.Regarding the requiment of the system pattern and function,the system was constituted with a SOPC, programmable high voltage eradiating circuit,acoustic wave sample and all kinds of interface circuits.The system realized the construct of a SOPC platform based on NiosⅡsoft processor.It also realized the replant ofμC/OS-Ⅱto NiosⅡprocessor.Firstly, this thesis has introduced the interrelated theory of ultrasonic testing and the domestic and foreign research present situation.the thesis also introduced each module of hardware in detail and software design flow chart.To reduce the power consume,the system integrated many functions in FPGA chip. The receiving circuit adopts programmable gain amplifier and filter, enables the instrument to realize the automatic filter and the automatic adjusting enlargement factor according to the echo signal's different amplitude and frequency; Having AC and DC power supply modes, the system can satisfy different situation; Having adopted the big screen TFT LCD,caused the tested wave displaying intuitively;Having designed the toucher ,which enables the system to have a human-computer interaction function, helps user operate facilely.Having diversified interfaces ,which convenient for father analyse and processing.Contrasted with other instruments, the system has low height and good reconfiguration which convenient for upgrade of product.The study production have great instructional value even to today which was full of innovation independently. |
