Reflection Upon The Education And Training To The Labor Force In Rural Areas

Our country is a big agricultural country with 1.3 billion people, among which 9 thousand hundred are peasants. The cardinal points of the economy development are agriculture, rural area and peasant issues, the kernel of which is the poor quality of the labor force in rural areas. Therefore, how can we enhance the quality of the labor force in rural areas emerges as a key point. The education and training to the labor force in rural areas is an essential part of the village education and the distinguishing part of the rural social and economic reform and development of labor force resources. Nowadays, there are two missions in the education and training to the labor force in rural areas need confronting. One is to deepen the development of the education and training to the labor force in rural areas, to explore the way to deepen it in the new situation of the fast development of the society and economy, so as to improve the quality of labor force in rural areas and accelerate the development of rural economy. On the other hand, the study of these theories needs to be enhanced in order to guarantee the healthy development of the education and training to the labor force in rural areas, and to establish life-long education and training to labor force system in rural area. With a view to the rural areas in the 21st century, under the background of education reform of rural areas, researching on the respects of necessity, way and direction of the education and training to the labor force in rural areas, this thesis strives towards the theory research and practice of the labor education and training, and proposes feasible suggestion on constituting related policy to our government.
