To attract and adopt excellent and appropriate human resources has been always a critical job for human resources management team of any enterprise. Under the direction of related theories from MBA study, on the basis of the actual work 1 have done in G company, I designed the recruitment system for G company and push forward the construction and improvement of human resources management.
