Studies On The Energy Economy For Sustainable Development With Shan-dong Province As A Case

Energy is the base of the human being surviving and development, and it is related with national economy closely. The sustainable development is one of human society, economics, resources and ecological environment. This tissue talks about natural resources that are the basement of sustainable development.As the major province in the production and consumption of energy, Shan-dong' energy structure with the characteristics of producing and consuming of coal has led to of low efficiency and high consumption in energy utilization as well as serious ecological environment. The conflict of Energy, Environment and Economy (3E) is one of the most serious one and it has become more and more intensive Considering either the benefit of China its own, or for the world Environment-protect order, we have to deal with the problem quickly and effectively. For this reason, we have to make a research on the 3 E system and its developing rules, and to found the policies of our own which can keep the 3E system balanced in Shan-dong generally with developing of the economy. This is exactly the aim of this dissertation.The Chapter 1 raises the central question, explains the purpose, significance and the main idea of the study, talks about energy (coalfield, petroleum, natural gas, etc) resources that play an important role in the development; The Chapter 2 analyzes the relations of energy, environment and economics states the advance of 3E system's study in the world, and compares the study in China with abroad; The Chapter 3 recalls and summarizes development of Shan-dong on energy, environment and economics, and we explain that the uses of energy resources are unsustainable and they bring the bad influence on the environment after using plenty of data; The Chapter 4 talks about the interrelations of energy, environment and economics, and analyze the problem of Shan-dong, such as the unsustainable of the energy and pollution. Last it gives a criticism to disadvantage of the traditional development; The Chapter 5 gives several countermeasure and strategy about the future sustainable development of Shan-dong, after studying interrelations of energy, environment and economics.In sum, with the analytic methods of quantity and quality, economics and technology, actuality and forecast, the thesis deeply and systematically studied the long-term and medium-term development strategy of the optimization and adjustment of Shan-dong' energy structure, with characteristics of creativity and reality significance.
