A Study On The Sustainable Development Of Energy Resources In Fujian Province Based On Low Carbon Economy

As a coastal city, with rapid development economic but extremely deficient energy resources, the energy issue is a hot and difficult problem in the development of Fujian Province all the time. Especially now Fujian has entered the twelfth five-year plan which is a critical period time to comprehensively push forward the science development of an economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits and build a well-off society in an all-round way. Energy shortage, pollution problems and climate warming which was caused by energy use results in energy resource development faces with even more arduous challenge.Based on low carbon economy, this paper researches the energy resources of Fujian Province, including the present development situation, the utilization rate movements and affect factors since the reform and opening up, and the energy consumption structure evolution, as well as the present situation and trend of CO2 emissions. What's more, forecasting future energy consumption. The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems in the development of the energy resources in Fujian Province, and then put forward effective countermeasures for sustainable development of Fujian energy resources. We get the empirical results:1. After rising steadily, steady development, the energy resources utilization rate of Fujian Province starts to rebound from 2005. Comparing with those factors, such as change of industrial structure, opening up and economic growth, technical progress is the most influence factor for energy resources utilization rate of Fujian Province.2. Energy consumption structure of Fujian Province has experienced a single structure stage, equilibrium phase, are now in the structural adjustment period. From the perspective of three industries, energy consumption of the second industry is largest; From the perspective of specific departments, industrial energy consumption proportion is biggest, follows life energy consumption. The total energy consumption of industry, construction, transportation and post and telecommunications is still in the ascendant trend in Fujian Province. 3. The CO2 emission load is speed after 2000 in Fujian Province, the growth rate of CO2 emission are located in the first four in our country. The average growth rate per annum of per capita CO2 emission is 12.02%.4. In the present scenario, energy consumption of Fujian Province in 2050 will be 75.68×105 million ton, in the ideal scenario, it will reach 12.83×105 million ton, in low carbon scenario, it will be 36.00×105 million ton.
