System Form Theory And Enterprise System Form Evolution

Since 1960's, business management has come into the times of strategy management, and business has begun to focus on outside environment instead of internal management. The environmental composition and state have also changed. In terms of system, the business begins to evolve toward its artificial system. Such transformation from the structural state to the system form has made the business get rid of the simple completely definite relation with its environment. In order to survive and develop, the business now is necessary to examine all changing environmental elements and efficiently establish various, colorful relation of interaction and adaptation.Under this background, after reviewing the basis developing process of system science theory and the helping of the theory of system form, the author explores the creating principle of enterprise structure and the mechanism of its evolutionary process in order to establish the theory for the study of enterprise strategic development process. This is an exploration, also an expectation. Such exploration will never be stopped when the enterprise is surrounded by experience and all kinds of theories. I shall be very glad if my paper can play a small role in the subject of enterprise management.This paper is structured as follows:In the first chapter, the paper reviews the basis development process of the business management theory and explores the major challenges facing the development of business management theory through emphasizing on the study of strategy integration problem.In the second chapter, after reviewing the basis development process of system science theory and incorporating the current situation of the study home and abroad, the paper explores the major challenges facing the development of system science theory and points out that an effective way to this problem is the study for enterprise form.In the third chapter, embarking from recognizing the basic concept of system, the paper explores the essence of system and proposes the direction of the research of system form.In the fourth chapter, the paper mainly embarks from the system classification, proposes the system form concept, and elaborates main content of the system form theory and the system form analysis. The paper also analyzes the basic constitution principle of system structure and the relationships of structure--function, the structure--function--environment.In the fifth chapter, the paper mainly analyzes the enterprise system characteristic and the enterprise system form characteristic, and elaborates basic content of the enterprise system form analysis.In the sixth chapter, through analysis on the evolution process of enterprise system form from mechanism system form, via human-project system form to human-nature system form, the paper explores the evolution direction of enterprise form and it's evolution mechanism.In the seventh chapter, the paper analyzes a company by using the system form theory.The survival and development of the effectiveness of enterprise system are faced with more stiff challenge because modern enterprises are in a dynamic and complicated situation. This paper tries to base business management theory on system science, in order to make business management theory have much more scientific and future characteristics. This paper tries to do something, but the author is unsure whether this paper can play some role.
