Social Insurance For The Aged Of Trasfrom In Chinese Country

Chinese social insurance system is founded during the planning economy period and the rural old-aged insurance is assured by the collectives .Since the 1980s, in China ,the overall reform of the economy system carried out , social economic structure transformed increasingly , the industry adjusted , the rural social old-aged insurance system has converted from "collectives insurance" to "family insurance". As the reform going deeply and the advance of industrialization ,the "family insurance" based on the land has faced the challenge from the market and industrialization ,and can't meet the need of social conversion .It is crucial to set up the rural social old-aged insurance system .In the article , using the experience from the rural social old-aged insurance all over the world for reference ,the author analyze the feasibility to set up the rural social old-aged insurance from the two angles: the economic situation and the structure of labor force .Because our country can afford building the rural social old-aged insurance and the rural labor force has differentiated , It is feasible to build up the rural social old-aged insurance. Limited by the country economy, we can set up rural social old-aged insurance system ,which is low-leveled ,but wide-covered and no-missed . In order to meet the need of social conversion and disease the friction of institutional conversion, the artical aims at setting up the rural social old-aged insurance system ,which includes non-agricultural industries and which is rural - urban join. The countermeasures and useful reference are advanced to solve insurance for members of a specific group.
