In this part some of the foreign representative of the rural social security system in the country has been introduced briefly, some lessons and experiences has been learned based on China's national conditions.The forth part puts forward some suggestions on rural social pension security system from the actual conditions of China, aiming for solving the problems exiting in the old-age security in China's rural society and based on oversea experience. That is to form a rural social pension system with the body of endowment insurance and the supplement of rural aged social relief and social aged welfare in rural areas to the social security system in rural areas. And it also analyzes the public finance investment mechanism, reform measures and coordination with other forms of protection in this part.
