AUTHOR: TAO Yun-fei, male, born in 1969, set forth his research under Professional ZHAO Ling-di in 2003, and was awarded Economics Master in international trading major in China Ocean University on July, 2005.WTO plays a leading role in the development of global economy and business. The concept and rule, which are being advocated by WTO, have already gone deep into the economic area of every member. The domestic market and international market became a whole market after China joined the WTO. Under the open circumstance, domestic market became more competitive than before. Resource is the foundation of the agriculture. To improve the development of agriculture, we must depend on the advantage of natural resource in China, make use of every available condition, encourage the competition, develop the superior industry, participate in international work. We also must control the development of inferior industry, import good quality and low price merchandise from overseas, increase more benefit for our country. The difference of natural resource among Chinese in China determine the condition of development of one industry. The industry which is on theinferior position on the whole, could have more advantage than otherindustry in some area.The finial output of the activity of agriculture is product. There arecompetition between products from domestic and which from overseas.From the condition of international competition of products, we canrealize the condition of the agriculture activity.Taking various measures at different place according to its advantage, weshould grow the industrial competitive advantage, make the agricultureproduct have international competitive capacity.Now we have some problems in agriculture business of our country:(1) The price of mass agriculture product is higher than that of international market. The cost is on inferior position.(2) Although the labor intensive and Sinicism agriculture product are in the ascendant in cost, they are often restricted by the greenness violation.(3) Lack of high-class merchandise misfit the requirement of market specialization.(4) The export product is major primary product, the processed product is lack and its' quality is low.(5) The administration capacity of industrialization of agriculture is under low level, the competitive capacity is lack.Take the follow measures, the competition advantage can be cultured, and the international competitive capacity of agricultural product can be advanced:(1) We must promote standardize produce and develop green agriculture, and breakthrough greenness violation.(2) Advance the quality and healthy of the agriculture product.(3) Swimming with the green stream and developing green agriculture.(4) Adopting to the WTO regulation and optimizing the support policy of domestic.(5) Optimizing industrialized architecture and developing high quality, efficiently, advanced agriculture.
