The Research Of Structure-Optimization Of Land-Utilization In China's Main Cities

With the progress of urbanization, the issue of structure-optimization of land-utilization in main city has already aroused the attention from various circles of society increasingly. The rationality of land-utilization structure influences the development of the whole society and national economy. At first the paper summarizes the modes of urban land-use structure optimization in foreign countries. Then the paper brings forward the relevant countermeasures model of urban land-use structure optimization in our country based on the analysis of those cases of foreign and domestic main cities as well as the present situation of the land use structure of domestic main cities. Following that, the paper takes Guangzhou, the most representative main city in China as an example to carry on the demonstration research and gives the reasonable proportion of structure-optimization of land-utilization in Guangzhou. At last the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasure to the structure optimization of urban land-utilization in our country macroscopically.
