In-Station Process Control In Lean Production System In CAF Co.LTD.

Since the reform and opening policy of China, China became the important country of manufacturing in the world. With China entering WTO, China faces more vehement international competition. What will China rely on to win the competition on those famous multinationals? China must bravely face the trouble. As for the enterprises that ever operating in planned economy system for a long time, it is urgent to change production mode at once. Lean production is the best production mode now. But there are many problems,which are worthy of research and practice. For example, how to implement lean production, which methods should be selected and what tactics should be taken by our enterprises. Under this condition, the paper integrates 5S, visual factory, quality management, and other management technology in production line into In-Station Process Control. Integrated with CAF present condition, In-Station Process Control is systemically studied. The following fields are researched: At first, based on the analysis for concept and the system structure of lean production mode, the reason of implementing lean production is explained. Secondly, based on the principle of lean production, the theory about In-Station Process Control is designed. And the relationship between lean production and In-Station Process Control is defined. Thirdly, by integrating with the analysis of CAF lean production system goal, specialty, structure, and operation, the function of In-Station Process Control in CAF lean production system are defined. At last, by integrating with the application for In-Station Process Control in CAF, the waste types in manufacturing process, how to prevent and eliminate waste and continuous improvement method are illustrated, such as quality process system, error proofing, quick changeover, visual technology etc. The work time measurement, work analysis, work balance skills and designs the standard method system about work-study in CAF are also studied.
