With the theory about industry's competitiveness, this article analyses the competitiveness, actuality and existence about G Company, one private technologically agricultural enterprise, and raises countermeasures to intensify industry's competence..G Company is in henchman position in market. Its competitiveness is in inferior position compare with those market leaders. Penetrating with interior indirect resources and exterior alliance about G Company's competitiveness, I think its actuality is resulted from: not to have core competence, be shorting of talents and incentive alignment mechanisms which affect innovation, lacking effective exterior alliance, the corporate leader and culture and its interior system is not seasoned with requirements of innovation.Based on the analysis, this article raises four chief resolvents. First, leader should be the founder of "long life corporate" and be responsible for innovating corporate culture and building interior system. Secondly, strategically introducing competence management and well knit with corporate strategy. Thirdly, establishing innovative system circumfusing core competence. Finally, about exterior alliance, through policy allied, annexing and purchasing to integrate or use outsourcing to enhance competence superiority.
