Since the 1990s, the adjustment and innovation of international enterprises system conspicuously reflect on the rapid development of strategy alliance. Under the condition of economic globe, with the global market competition becoming more and more serious, the uncertainty of the enterprise operating environment is enlarging and the boundary of industries is becoming ambiguous day by day. In the case of rapidly changing technique, continuously enlarging market and customs' diversified demands and preference, the enterprise has to develop and consolidate its core competence in order to be conspicuously excellent in the competition. Strategy Alliance, as a strategical tool of strengthening core competence of modern enterprises, emerges as the times require. Being a strategical response to the industry structure reform, incandescing competition and sudden change of market environment, it can make enterprises effectively obtain various strategical factors with low cost and strengthen its core competence. However, the theory is not systematic enough, especially on the aspect of theory application, in other words, it lacks guidance on practice. The research on knowledge alliance has gained great attention from academics and industries, therefore, this thesis wishes to make contributions to the application of strategy alliance theory and become the reference to Chinese enterprise operating practice.On the basis of enterprise core competence analysis mode, this thesis, taking resources and capability theory as its theoretical foundation, synthetically makes use of theories and methods of economics, administration, System Theory, Theory of dissipation structure and Self-organization Theory to survey and study strategy alliance with intricate thought and dynamic viewpoint from the perspective of strengthening enterprise core competence. Besides, this thesis puts forward that the core aim of strategy alliance is maximally strengthening the core competence and seek sustainable increase of enterprises. Through reviewing literature, the former two chapters clearly define the definition and connotation of strategy alliance and analyses its construction motives. Besides, on the basis of absorbing the present theoretical research, it puts forward a new angle to study core competence of enterprises strategy alliance, namely the study on strategy alliance with the aim of strengthening enterprise core competence. Chapter Three is the key point of the thesis. On the basis of plenty of theoretical analysis, Chapter Three analyses the common rule of core competence formation of enterprise strategy alliance; namely, system coordination mechanism, knowledge creation and transferring mechanism and culture merging mechanism play key roles in the construction of enterprise strategy alliance core competence. Among them, knowledge creation and transferring mechanism are the core and the bridge connecting the other two mechanisms. System coordination mechanism is the precondition of core competence formation of enterprise strategy alliance, while culture merging mechanism is its guarantee. Next, the thesis analyses how the three mechanisms interact with each other to promote the construction of enterprise strategy alliance core competence and come up with a dynamic centenarian mode of its formation. The thesis proves that strategy alliance system is an open one through the mode. Its core competence formation is an open system and a dynamic process, in which the three factors system, knowledge and culture accumulate to a certain extent. On the basis of the purpose that theory connecting to practice, Chapter Four chooses Renault -Nissan alliance to prove the theory with its construction of alliance core competence. At last, the thesis analyses the present situation of Chinese enterprises strategy alliance and puts forward the strategy measures of its construction. In other words, building up the competition and cooperation thought of strategy alliance; setting effective system; strengthening culture mergence; creating dynamic studying mechanism and constructing perfect innovative system.
