Study On The Crops Planting Patterns Of State-run Farms In Hubei Province

As China have taken parting in WTO, the procedure of internationalization of Chinese economy have been fasten, Chinese agriculture have also entered a new historic time. To adapt to the trend of economical internationalization and join into the domestic and foreign agricultural market system, it is very important to fasten the process of standardization and intensification of agriculture. It will help the state-run farms to realize well-to-do life and strategic adjustment of agricultural structure. In this paper author have analyzed the positive and negative effects of WTO on crops production of Hubei Province, introduced the basic information, present situation, characteristics and problems of crops production in Hubei state-run farms, summarized the contribution of the state-run farms on the agricultural development of Hubei Province and the importance of crops planting industry in the agricultural production of the state-run farms, reviewed the evolution and experience of crops planting pattern in Hubei state-run farms. Then author selected three state-run farms from different areas as examples and analyzed their different comprehensive characteristics of environment. In these state-run farms, according to the principles of taking measures tailored to actual condition , market needs , advantage crops and avoiding all kinds of stress and ensuring income, a series of crops planting patterns with high yield and high income have been established which can be used in different areas of Hubei Province. By analyzing and comparing the incomes of these crops planting patterns, author pointed out that putting these crops planting patterns with high yield and high income into practice can optimize the crops planting structure, increase the income of workers, develop the economy of the state-run farms and agriculture with high yield and high income, realize the substantial development of agriculture and fasten the process of going into well-to-do life of all state-run farms. It'll play example role in developing the agriculture of all Chinese state-run farms and Hubei Province.
