The Research On Strategies Of State-owned Farms In HuBei

The paper is to systematically and objectively introduce and analyse the actual situation of state-owned farms as well as the condition, features, problems and challenges of the development of agriculture; we discuss the influences of economic globalization on the whole agriculture of our country and the agriculture of state-owned farms , meanwhile, we also analyse and summarize the basic features and trends of the development of agriculture under the background of economic globalization.Based on the actual situation of state-owned farms in HuBei ,we not only analyse the influences of global economy and science on the agriculture of farms ,and orientate the agriculture of state-owned farms under the background of economic globalization, but also analyse the competitive advantages of state-owned farms , position their function , and advance the strategic tasks of state-owned farms in the process of accumulation of wealth , We present the strategies of the development of agriculture in farms from the four angles of resource, methods, market and science. Specifically, through reform ,perfection and innovation of the management system and the operating system of farms, by means of reinforcement of basic position of agriculture and the construction of basic facilities of agriculture ,taking advantage of industrial operation guided by market as well as the adjustment of agricultural structure in farms and development of regional advantages, and utilizing the progress of science and development of effective agriculture, we can better the agriculture of state-owned farms.
