Study On The Problem Of The Agricultural Technology Export From Our Country To South Asian

China has been one of the member countries of WTO. It means China economy is to more closely connect with world all~directions. To agriculture, with the internationalized competition of trade on agricultural commodities, the resources flow and collocate worldwide, it requires China agriculture to go out of the border, becomes an important component of global economic integration, and looks for own position in the international division. Nevertheless, it must possess the technological advantage to march into the overseas market. It is a kind of match and competition of technology level in the international market. In this case, agricultural technology will become the leading strength of " walk out ", and determine the expansive potential, the possibility and sustainability of scale expand of agricultural commodities, agricultural capital goods and agricultural technicians in China in overseas market.Our country is a large agricultural country, agricultural technology is relatively backward in the whole, and has a big gap compare with the developed country, but some agricultural technologies have already possessed the international advanced level, and can participate in the competition in the international market. In addition, comparing with some relatively backward developing countries, agricultural technology in China occupies the absolute advantage. It has an important realistic meaning for alleviating the predicament that China agriculture faces at present and increasing the agricultural incomes to exploit the market in these countries actively by exporting agricultural technology.South Asia is a relatively backward area, agricultural development is slow—moving, agricultural technology level is low, but agricultural resources are very abundant. It has a big potentiality to cooperate with them by exporting the agricultural technology. It can strengthen our understanding of the state of agricultural development, the level of agricultural technology development, agricultural policies and regulations etc. in South Asia. This contributes to agricultural technology export of our country and the agricultural economic and technological cooperation, then export of the agricultural commodities, agricultural mechanical equipments and agricultural labor services, bringing about an advance in agricultural economy and whole national economy. In addition, the area of South Asia belongs to the surrounding area of our country, it contributes to strengthening mutual understanding, doing the well mutual relation, and it has a very important realistic meaning and political meaning in promoting stability of the border area of our country and good external environment.This thesis follows the route from theory to practice, use the analytical method of economics, basic conception and relevant theories about agricultural technology export firsthave been defined and introduced, then with the method of utilizing the real example to analyze, combine the real state of agricultural technology development in China and South Asia, analyzed the feasibility and the potential questions of agricultural technology export, then analyzed the motive force mechanism that agricultural technology export from China to South Asia, it puts forward the strategy and countermeasures of accelerating agricultural technology export from China to South Asia finally.
