Study On Applying BPR To BOE ERP System

This paper discuss and study the BPR(Business Process Reengineering) in the business enterprise application in the ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning).Firstly this paper analysis and introduce the competition environmental change in modern business enterprise, the rigorous challenge and some new opportunity that business enterprise management face on. The author put forward the necessity in ERP for promoting the business enterprise management level and increasing the competition ability of the business enterprise.Secondly contrast on the change of management mode, the author introduce the background, concept, core thought, main principle and its put and into practice function, on the base of theories foundation, according to science program and the segment implement. The author design the business enterprise ERP system solution way, put forward the system construction of the information turn total project in BOE group, at the same time on the business enterprise present actuality, bring on a few stages in BPR and the solution.Finally the author has made the summary to this article about research content and the achievement, and some suggestion are given to the BOE group's future development.
