By the end of twentieth century, it looks crazy that the internet industries were in high development, at that time, the internet industries in China were underway. There were 20 millions people, about 17% Chinese, who used internet in China when 44% American people used it. The GWBN wished that every Chinese could use internet, then invest $1.3 billions in internet construction projects all over the big cities. But, the GWBN were not finding a way to gain profits, at the same time, all the broad band service firms were hope to find a mode to survive after internet bubble, they needed to study the broadband marketing.My article is to find a marketing strategy model for broad band market by analyzing and studying the marketing strategy of CDGWBN. In my article, I used the theoretic of 4Ps and 4Cs, try to look for the balance pots of them, and show my ideas of the theoretic of 4Ps and 4Cs' applying. There are three parts in my article, in the first part, I analyzed the circumstance of broad band market and point out that the broad band market is a new market worth to study; in the second part I analyzed CDGWBN and the data of broad band market, got segment markets, chose target markets; In the third part, I combined the theory of 4Ps and 4Cs and used in CDGWBN marketing strategy, discussed how to combine them by Production and Consumer wants and need, Price, and Cost, Place and Convenience, Promotion and Communication.After studied the marketing strategy of CDGWBN, I believe that we should combine the 4Ps and 4Cs and look for the balance points of them, then to design a marketing strategy for one company.
