Research On Resocialization Of Peasant Workers

The status for the resocialization of the peasant workers is an important criterion to judge their adaptation for city. The resocialization is core for the peasant issue and is the key of studying the urbanization task.In my paper, by applying the sociological keystone to the peasant workers, the basic conclusion is found for their resocialization. The issues for the resocialization and some causes are analyzed. Therefore, the approach for the resocialization is explored.Firstly, the some basic conclusions are found for the resocialization because of using the sociological basic knowledge. The "peasant workers" is defined according some actual investigation. The process and mechanism for the resocialization of the peasant workers are studied. The characteristic of the resocialization for the peasant workers is discussed.Secondly, the actuality for the resocialization of the peasant workers is analyzed from the economy, society and psychology. It showed that the obstacle for system, imparity for concept and the makings of the peasant workers are some main causes that made their resocialization frustrated.Finally, the approaches for the resocialization are considered. On the one hand, by setting up the good policy to reduce the market risk for the peasant workers, the social security for system as exterior condition is supplied for them; On the other hand, they are required to exert sufficiently their subjective initiative to improve their makings to enter into the city community.
