As knowledge-based economy quickly came to, more and more enterprises need to rely on human capital and knowledge capital to get competitive advantage. Worldwide flow of talent and talent snatch has become very intense. Particularly the returnee knowledge workers are more and more important. Meanwhile, with the continuous improvement of the socio-economic and people’s living standards, people began to concern the study of subjective well-being.After the reform and opening up, our country’s economic development is very rapid, people’s material standard of living has undergone enormous changes, but the happiness of the people did not get enough attention. This paper attempts to study the returnees knowledge workers’subjective well-being, the relationship of the working pressure and subjective well-being, to provide guidance recommendations in the human resources management in returnees knowledge staff.In addition, through literature review and empirical analysis research methods, select returnees knowledge workers in high-tech enterprises in Shanghai as the survey sample, a total of200questionnaires,161valid questionnaires. The main conclusion:(1) Subjective well-being of returnees knowledge workers in high-tech enterprise in middle or lower-middle level, the working pressure in middle-or upper-middle level.(2) Different demographic variables of the returnee knowledge workers on the perception of the degree of subjective well-being are not significantly different.(3) Subjective well-being of the returnee knowledge workers in different industries are not significantly different.(4) Returnees knowledge workers of Generation X and Y, there was no significant difference on the level of subjective well-being.(5) There are significant negative correlation between job stress and subjective well-being and some of its dimensions on the returnees knowledge workers in the high-tech enterprise.
