It also puts forward the idea that according to peasant workers layering,making sure the applicable scope of different security system, establishing thehousing system that suits the characteristics and needs of peasant wrokers. At thesame time offers her completely opinions for the peasant workers’ housing finance,the financial system and other supporting system etc, to ensure that peasant workers’ housing safeguard system will be effective implementation.
