Quality, as the critical competitive factor, is becoming more and more important in the global integration market. The focus of quality-based paradigm has shifted from the traditional company-centered setting to complete supply chain systems. This study identifies the macro-model and micro-model on enterprises' quality management in supply chain.Following the high-speed development of the information technology, the competition between enterprises is becoming fiercer and competitive methods are more complicated. Although it is not long since Electronic Commerce came into birth, EC has developed quickly and already received governments and business enterprise's extensive attention and participation, which quickly and remarkably changes various kinds of traditional trade content and form of activities that people had accustomed to for a long time.. SCM coordination is on the base of high-quality information transmission and sharing among each node enterprise on the chain. Therefore, the share of information is the foundation of fulfilling the high-efficient SCM ,the valid supply chain management needs the support of information technology system.In order to successfully practice the SCM and to make the SCM a real competitive weapon, we should abandon traditional management ideology and take the operations of enterprises1 inner parts or node enterprises as a whole function process, which is the system of Integrated Supply chain management (ISCM). With the modern technology of information, production and administration, enterprises can organically integrate the three key elements of business: humanity, technology, and management, and make them cooperate better. Through the efficient control and coordination of the materiel in production, the information in management and the decision in the decision-making procedure, enterprises can manage the both internal and external supply chains and reach the overall dynamic optimum target. Only in this way could enterprises meet the demand of the more competitive market, which requires participants to build up a more flexible production and management processwith higher quality but lower cost.This study analyzes the importance of the quality management in supply chain; then it identifies the new issues that supply chain requests the quality management from strategic and tactical levels; next, it analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the traditional quality management method and system, still from strategic and tactical levels; Finally, in order to meet the new issues that supply chain requests quality management and make up the disadvantages of the traditional quality management method and system, it identifies the macro-model of supply chain quality management and the critical strategic factors, the micro-model of supply chain quality management and the key tactical factors. The macro-model of supply chain quality management includes four strategic factors: total quality relationship, supplier partnership, customer partnership and total quality management; the micro-model includes ten tactical factors: quality function development, quality information technique, supplier selection, supplier development, supplier involvement, customer recognition, customer involvement, customer service and the managerial system and technical system of total quality management.The objective of this study is to completely develop the advantages of quality management in supply chain, to improve the competency of every company in the supply and further the competency of the whole supply chain, and win the competitive advantages.
