Risk Research Of The Construction Project Of HJ Composite Lemon Processing Factory

The economic construction in China has recorded a huge progress since the reform and opening, and infrastructure engineering projects of the national economy have mushroomed everywhere and become a key impetus driving the economic development in China. Moreover, due to the imperfect market economic system and irregular building market in China, many unfavorable factors exist in the operation of engineering projects; and various construction projects have their unique technical, economic and environmental characteristics and features different requirements, which determine that there are many risks for construction projects. Due to inadequate knowledge towards this, many participants of construction projects have already suffered a great economic loss, and a theoretical research and practice on reinforcing risk management of construction projects have attracted universal attention. At the moment, the academic cycle and construction industry in China have already initiated the research on project-risk management in different eyes, covering: the owner, constructor, subcontractor, and material supplier and investment body.This article is to analyze the type, identification, forecast, evaluation, and counter-measure and monitoring of the risk systematically and bring forward relevant risk-control measures for the construction project of the composite lemon processing factory of HJ in adoption of industrial-engineering methods and techniques incombination of qualitative and quantitative analyses from the angle of constructor, of which the research achievements are accepted by the officers and technical chief of the company and exert some guidance and application values for the risk management of construction projects.
