The Effect Of Technical Barrier To Trade On Our Foreign Trade & The Countermeasures

With the rapid development of global economic integration, TBT (Technical Barriers to Trade) has more and more extensive and further impacts on international trades. Technical Barriers to Trade is a different concept with technical measurements. In some sense, it is reasonable for the existence of TBT. And the reason why TBT has become a problem is that many countries are misusing the stipulations of WTO/TBT for the purpose of trading protection.This thesis wants to clarify the conception of TBT on basis of its forming reasons, then analysis the function of TBT. After the further analysis of the way and the system TBT influence on our foreign trades by a lot of statistics, the author wants to indicates that domestic enterprises and industries has been confronted with challenges and threats from TBT seriously. So finally the author puts forwards some creative and useful proposals in terms of how to stride across the TBT especially on every different types of TBT classified above.
