China's Agricultural Exports To Cope With Foreign Technical Trade Barriers

Agricultural product trade has a high profile in the world merchandise trade for along time. Because of its particularity, the trend that countries practice more and morestrict Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT) has caused more and more pressure on bigagricultural commodities exporters, such as China. Under the circumstances, to studyconcretely the TBT related problems that Chinese agricultural commodities encounterwhen going abroad and put forward effective strategies have pragmatic meaning forChina to deal with the international TBT better.At the beginning of this dissertation, it studies the definition, the form ofexpression and the development trend of the TBT. Then it makes a pointed study ofthe main export markets' TBT system and analyzes the deeply-rooted reasons whyChinese agricultural commodities have encountered the TBT when being exported toother countries. And on this basis, this dissertation puts forward some copingstrategies for dealing with the TBT when China exporting agricultural commoditiesabroad on three different views—microscopic view, middle view and the macroscopicview.
