The Study Of Financial Strategy Management Based On Industry Cycle Change

The research on financial strategies was emphasized more and more seriously because of the more and more intensive competence of the market economy and the globalization of the world economy. The research on financial strategies in western countries focuses on the financial strategies of the enterprises life style during the periods of inauguration, development, maturity and recession of the enterprises although the tendency of turning to the research of production life cycle. However in China we have been still researching the basic aspects of the financial strategies such as the general conceptions, objectives, characteristics and content structure. In this article we attempt to combine the basic theories and the policy deciding schemata of the financial strategies and bring forward the management process and models of the financial strategies.Standard analysis methods are adopted in our research. We study and analyze the management of the financial strategies systematically and completely in this article using analysis and demonstration as the main researching methods in order to explore new domain in the research of company financial strategies and solve the problems about the financial strategies deciding the destiny of an industry. At the same time we propel the research on the basic theories of the company financial strategies. The paper is divided into five parts as follows:The first chapter: Introduction. We introduce the research backgrounds of the paper and bring forward the issues we will study on. We get down on the elements in industrial life cycle and research the issues residing in the management of enterprise financial strategies based on the periodic alteration of the industry.The second chapter: The theoretical analysis on the producing of the enterprise financial strategies. In this chapter we study the process of analysis and development of the financial strategies. We theoretically discuss the analyzing stage, which is an important step to the settlement of financial strategies. We devise and bring forward the elements and procedure that should be considered during the development of the financial strategies. After discussing important elements thoroughly, we point out the importance of industrial life cycle as the external environmental influencing elements to the enterprises and its important function during the development of the financial strategies.The third chapter: The design of the financial strategies based on the periodic alteration of the industrial life. Based on the analysis in the second chapter, we design the financial strategies in this chapter. We study the design of the financial strategies from the perspective of the periodic alteration of the industry referring to the enterprises strategies theories. We show different characteristics of the enterprises in each stage from the perspective of qualitative analysis and design the financial strategy models of different enterprises in different stages of the industrial life cycle.The fourth chapter: The financial strategy models based on the periodic alteration of the industry .We discuss further on the basis of the primary assumption of the enterprises financial strategies, which are put forward in the third chapter , based on the industrial cycle. First, we discuss the strategic ideas on the financial activities and financial relationships of the enterprises. Then we discuss thoroughly the characteristics of the industries in different stages and the enterprise financial characteristics at that time, and give the complete ideas of the enterprise financial strategies.The fifth chapter: Conclusions and suggestions . We summarize the research and put forward the suggestions again in this chapter combining with the thoughts during writing this paper.
