Study On The Financial Strategy Based On The Sustainable Development

With the living environment of increasingly complex and competitive situation becomes more intense, more and more enterprises begin to focus long-term survival and development of enterprises, especially in the global financial crisis background, how can we promote sustainable development of enterprises become an important issue. Financial strategy at the core o(?) business strategy, but there is no cause for the importance and independence of the general concern of it. There are still many misunderstandings in the financial strategy; the focus is mainly on digital book and not just sustainable growth in value creation. Therefore, based on the analysis of the theory, this article elaborates financial strategic analysis, formulation, implementation and control, which is focuses on the perspective of sustainable development. Finally, there is a case study about Shanxi Yabao Pharmaceutical Group co., Ltd.The first part includes the first two chapters; it is the basic theory of financial strategy. This section defines the background and significance of the research supplemented by detailed literature review, emphasizes the relative independence of the financial strategy, analyzes the interaction between financial strategy and sustainable development, and proposes the nature and content of financial strategy under the perspective of sustainable development.The second section contains III and IV chapters; it is about the financial strategy analysis for sustainable development. This section elaborates financial strategic analysis, formulation, implementation and control on the perspective of sustainable development. Chapter III discusses the formulation of financial strategy in the periods of business startup, growth, maturity and decline, based on the analysis in the environment by SWOT analysis matrix. ChapterⅣbuilds the system's organizational structure and resource allocation model system, and identifies the key tasks in the implementation of financial strategies. Meanwhile, theⅣchapter builds the dynamic control of the financial strategy of early warning system, and stresses companies should coordinate resources, provide organizations, systems and platforms, thus increasing the financial strategy of risk management capability.The third part consists ofⅤandⅥchapters; it studies a case and put forward the conclusion of the study. ChapterⅤmakes an empirical study about financing strategies, investment strategy, and income distribution strategy of Shanxi Yabao Pharmaceutical Group co., Ltd. Finally, chapterⅥsummarizes the main research conclusions and the limitations of this article and research prospects.
