Study On Overall Performance Measurement Of Response Supply Chain

Modern communication and information technology development pushed the progress of economic Globalization, accelerating speed that industry evolves, business enterprises' competition is becoming competition of core business enterprises' supply chain. However, the management of supply chain is far more complex than that of single enterprise in that the supply chain is made up of different enterprises of agglomeration. And so the general principles and methods of business management can't cope with the modern supply chain management. Increment from supply chains can't be obtained only if all member enterprises forming a network put supply chain management into practice. One of the settlements is that the enterprise should transform its managing thinking. But to ensure the effect, external standards and methods should be built up to evaluate the transformation, so that the enterprise can find problem and its solution, and promote the operation of the supply chain.However, the literatures mostly concentrate on the choice of collaborateurs and generally evaluate performance of the supplychain, which were not assess performance from the angle of the different type of supply chain. This text specifically evaluates performance of response supply chain, and examines its existent problem in time, and takes into optimization, so that realizes competition strategy target of quickly satisfying creative product and character demanding.This article puts forward overall performance measurement system of response supply chain which based on outstanding quick response ability and synthesizing the research result of the other literatures, and sets up evaluation model. In the model measurement, adopts fuzzy mathematic method in proceeding multi-layer overall evaluation. In the aspect of weight allotment, makes use of fuzzy preference theory to resolve the indetermination that experts judge.
