Anhui Light Chemical Limited Company (Anhui light chemical corporation) is a large-sized state-owned enterprise. It went into operation and run in 1994 and reformed system for the share-issuing enterprise in 1998. With foundation and perfection of company's governance structure, the traditional salary management idea and mode cannot be suitable for the company's development demand. At present, the most obvious "short board" of the corporation is that the incentive mechanism is not flexible and the allocating mechanism is unreasonable. If it can't increase the "short board" within short time, then, the company will face very deep crisis in future market competition. So, the reform of corporation's salary incentive mechanism is imperative.On the basis of the context of Anhui Light Chemical Corporation, the article analyzes the current situation of the company's salary incentive mechanism. Draw lessons from advanced salary incentive mechanism theory both at home and abroad and compared with the comparatively advanced salary incentive mechanism mode of domestic alcohol trade, it points out the main problems on the salary incentive mechanism which the corporation adopts. Adhering to the principle of combining with practice in theory and the salary incentive mode, which the corporationhas adopted, was relatively chosen; a comparatively reasonable salary incentive basic frame is proposed. And on the issue that perfect the salary incentive mechanism of the company, the article have also put forward the concrete reform measure which is to implement some salary incentive mechanism such as wage systems based on salary and position, wage system of the industrial grade of broadband, yearly salary system, system of stock option, etc. At the same time, it put forward relevant supplementary measures to implement this reform.Through perfect salary incentive mechanism of Anhui light chemical corporation, the salary incentive mechanism meet the management mode of the joint-stock company, excite each aspect staffs enthusiasm and working enthusiasm effectively and promote company's competitiveness in an all-round way. At present, some reform measures have already implemented in this corporation and demonstrated the preliminary effect.
