The Research On The Development Of Automobile Lease In The Metropolis Of China

Automobile lease is the outcome of the highly developed society. It has the characteristic advantage of leasehold, so it promotes the development of automobile industry and drives to consume and it still plays an important role in improving the resource utilization ratio, reducing environmental pollution. It has irreplaceable function to national economic development. While undertaking preparation course of the Asian Games of 1990 in Beijing, In order to meet demands of foreign reporter, our country established the domestic first automobile lease corporation on August 1, 1989 —The lease branch company of Beijing's automobile taxi company. Start from an initial company and 70 cars so far, during short 10 years, there are more than 500 automobile lease corporations that have registered in industry and commerce administration and there are more than 50,000 vehicles in use. The turnover of the automobile leasing market is about 1,700 million - 2,200 million Yuan, with the high-speed development of the automobile lease, it is estimated that the business sales of the automobile leasing market will reach 18 billion Yuan by 2015. Though the automobile leasing market in our country has a rapid development in recent years, it is still at the starting stage compared with developed countries'. We have many problems in the administration, risk management and policies etc. There is a sizable disparity in market demand and automobile lease service, the social demand can't be satisfied, and supply and demand is uneven. In addition, compared with the important position of automobile leasing and development speed, the research on the automobile lease is very weak at the present stage, and government management lag behind comparatively, policies and regulations is not perfect. We also haven't made a reasonable reservation about automobile lease. In result, it makes automobile lease still in the environment " there are no laws to abide by, have no chapter to follow ". So the research on thedevelopment of automobile lease in the metropolis of China becomes more crucial.In this paper, the author introduces the concept; characteristic and the relationship with other industry about automobile lease and show us the process of automobile lease market development in our country. The existing problems, development trend and influences are analysed. The author also carried on the exhaustive discussion on the development rule and some policies of developing county, then summarize some experiences to our country. On the base of these, the author analyses the environment, influencing factor and demand and uses System Dynamics method to forecast the demand trend of Beijing. In the end, the author gives new orientation to automobile lease and suggests the development policies.This article lay special emphasis on practicability and maneuverability of policies, in order to solve the nowadays problems.
