Research Of Enterprise E-Business Application Based On Knowledge Management

EB is the economic activity in the network environment. With globalization of economy and the rising of knowledge economy, EB appears the broad prospects. With increasing development of Internet and EB, the real scarce resources of enterprise is not information anymore, the key is that to use technology reasonably and fast provides the market with products and services. EB is established in widespread information exchange and understanding of knowledge, KM is advantage to grasps the essential rule of commerce, help enterprise to absorbs the market knowledge, integrate it, and applies knowledge to the new product and the service in market successfully, therefore, the practice and the research of KM is more and more importantly to application of EB. But so far, many enterprises has not takes KM as strategy which can promote the development of enterprise in long term and enhance competitive ability, to constructs a unified theory frame and the application system is so far, specially lacks theory and the method which can meet the practical application in EB. In this situation, this article researches that how to development EB under the basis of KM, hope has the help to the sustainable development of EB.This article summarizes the theory, elaborates definition, the characteristic and the superiority of EB and KM, as well as the relations between EB and KM, explain the characteristic of the EB life cycle model and the coordination EB model under the pattern of KM, analysis the use of KM in EB, propose the concept of "green electronic commerce" based on positive cycle of the knowledge chain, and thorough research three aspects in EB under pattern of KM, including value process, organizational structure, technical frame, discusses the related method and strategy in EB. Finally it unifies the application situation in EB of automobile enterprise, show the proposal by research results in EB, and proposed the appraisal system, carries on the real diagnosis to the viewpoint.This paper proposes own some opinions as following: (l)Emphasize to analysis EB cycle model as well as the coordination EB model from the angle of KM. (2)EB under the pattern of KM should pay great attention to the design from the value process, the organizational structure, the technical frame. Facing the arrival of times of EB, I wish that this research could contribute to the development of EB in china.
