Strategy management is like a steering wheel to an enterprise's development. Only he keep on a bright direction, he can develop healthy, or, the more he do, the more difficulty he has. Clothing industry belongs to a traditional industry, his technique content's level is not high, his entrance doorsill is very low, and his market capability plasticity is very large, therefore, the clothing industry's competition is very severely.I have engaged Clothing industry's consultation for many years, have gone through many Clothing manufacture enterprisers' development procession, and have shared much gladness and affliction with them. In practice, I think the strategy management is Chinese clothing industry's profit rise point and an improving competition method. In our research, Chinese clothing industry's development strategy is possessing self-determination manufacture designment development ability, possessing own brand and the ability of market implored, isn't manufacture procession or manufacture export. On one hand, they must exploit international market, on the other hand, they also exploit the large domestic market, and they should learn walking with two legs.This paper strives to combine the practical case and theory, according practical experience to discuss how to implement strategy management in Chinese clothing Manufacturing Enterprises, has the value of reference for proprietor of Chinese clothing Manufacturing Enterprises.
