It can be seen from the current development of garment industry,garment industry inventory crisis lasts from 2012 to 2014,2013,the textile and garment industry has become known as "the history of the most difficult years in the name of the first [5,6].The clothing industry reform has brought unprecedented market development opportunities for W company,the speed of cross-border integration is accelerating,and the development of the industry market is more diversified,which provides a huge space for W company to expand new market areas.Under the background of global economic integration,W has great potential in the market.W company is a large garment manufacturing enterprise.Although it has some advantages,it is also faced with a huge threat from the external environment.Based on this,this paper analyzes and sets up the strategic countermeasures for enterprises from the strategic transformation of W company,the external environment of W company,the industry environment of W company and the internal environment of the company.This paper consists of six parts.The research background,main research contents and methods of the first chapter mainly elaborates the process of the research;the second chapter puts forward the development strategy of W company applied to the related theory;the third chapter through the analysis of the current situation and the internal and external environment of W company,find the problems,analysis at present,W company's external environment using PEST,and the W company's internal environment analysis through model analysis;the fourth chapter combined with the above content,put forward the development strategy of W company's formulation and choice,with the help of W SWOT tool to expand the theory analysis,which pointed out that the matching combination analysis(SO,WO,ST,WT combined),according to the actual situation of W company,choose the right combination of matching;the fifth chapter puts forward the company's strategic positioning and development W implementation path,strategic positioning of W company,to choose more After the meta strategy,the specific measures to guarantee the strategic development of W company are elaborated.The sixth chapter draws the conclusion of the research,and puts forward the research and prospect.This paper makes W company will continue in the company's development strategy under the guidance of the use of various resources,create a market internationalization based clothing brand internationalization of enterprises,the industry environment gradually pay attention to development opportunities,a positive response from the external market and internal management challenges,to ensure that the company's development strategy to promote the smooth progress.The company's overall competitiveness,which has a certain guiding significance.At the same time,through the research on the strategic development of W company,we hope that it can provide some reference value for the development of peer enterprises.
