This thesis is about the energy monitors managing system of the changchun sihuan wheel CO.LTD. The main content researched is the energy monitor's project and benefit analysis. This text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter's exordium introduces the investigative background, purpose and meaning,install the measuring system and alter ideas. brief introducing the key questions and the innovative points; the second chapter introduced the practice system about the hardware base ,so managing system provide promise . And.also.introduce.the.computer.and.other.equipment.of.DANFUSI.HONGRUN TAIWAN-WEIDA. The third chapter introduced the kinds of projects about the meter configure of energy monitors and the detailed practice project for information centralized management .in detail introduce the process of the energy monitor, the forth chapter introduced the system's function and benefit analysis,.compare to the method of data last use the auto and handle method and use example help manager make the correct decision The fifth chapter analyze profit of this managing system ,so the necessity of this system can be seen In the whole meter system, there are about 160 measure points, the main measure included the heat , flux , pressure ,Temperature and electric power and so on .measure meter have the intelligence station and normal station ,expressly large-scale measure points , in order to convenient management and save investment , we adopted the district gauge's project , i.e. the whole works was divided into several workshops . Every workshop was a district management center, in each center, we adopted built-in control module to manage. By the district management project, we adopted the RS-485 networks of the fashionable PROFIBUS , the each module in the district centralized management communicate with the system center .RS-485 is the serial communication , use the shield twisted-pair , it is very easy to built communication .the most distance of the communication is the 1000 meters .It may have the 32 or 128 sub -address system .The system is very easy to expand and the communication cost very cheaper. In the system , some measure meters have the RS-232 interface , therefore, we added a convert ,one side was a RS-232 interface ,the other side was a RS-485 interface , for the analog signals ,we took the A/D conversion module with the RS-484 interface , connected the meter and the network. According to the management method of the current production data, the soft station was the window/95/98/NT,use both Testpoint and Delphi software to empolder system management software. The characteristics were the high speed, the good man-machine conversation, easy operation. The system interface matches the Window operation habit, the customer only need to understand the interface information, Immediately complete the normal regulations operation of the system. The information management system can have the mighty network communication function, making use of the LAN, the tallest management section of the company can see the data at any moment. The system's host computer was connected with LAN, As a station, It was connected with other stations .the customer can see the system's information by the LAN. In the customer station ,the data can be deal with and display. The monitors system realize the measure data's share, Measure data can be provided in any moment,It provided the data base and station for the energy's dynamic manage ,it provided the true data for the company decision. In the aspects of the calculating water, Use the Denvers MAGFLO electromagnetism flowmeter, the electromagnetism flowmeter and the built-in control module, analog signals module made up of the monitor system , compress air flowmeter use the Denvers VORFLO whirlpool flowmeter , whirlpool flowmeter and the pressure shifter and the built-in control module , analog signals module made up of the monitor system ,electric power measuring used the multifunctional DTSD341ammeter, the multifunctional ammeter and the built-in control module , analog signals collect module make up of the monitor system;the heating measure meter used the Denvers SONOCAL serial ultrasonic calorimeter ,the ultrasonic calorimeter and the RS232/RS485 conver module, the built-in control module, analog signals module made up of the monitor system ,the vapour used the Denvers VORFLO whirlpool flowmeter , whirlpool flowmeter and the pressure shifter and the built-in control module , analog signals module made up of the monitor system ,by checking the technics parameter, chose the best measuring position, configure the standard method , insure calculate accuracy of all kinds of gas . This system realize the energy using monitor time of day ,save data, search ,collection ,alarm and the trouble resolve greatly increase the energy useful ,decrease the energy consume, greatly increase the level of produce and management .decrease the product cost .by calculating the 2 years data , the result obvious on saving energy ,the monitor costtake back the whole one year, the man-made energy consumes don't happen, the otiose energy consumes to decline lowest, obtained the obviously economic benefit.
