Although it makes some development, the fastfood is undevelopment in all of china, expecially the quality management,which is far fall behind the western fastfood. Beside the effect of additional food,the investment of desing and research of china-style fastfood is insufficient. It is the reason to develop slowly that the quality management is relatively fall behind. As a enterprise of fastfood for student, Changchun Huakang company get some good accomplishment on sale, which relied on first getting in,but as the competention aggravating and insufficient work on quality management ,the martket is getting lesenly,which lead to the challenge to the exist and development of the cpmpany .Facing the compentence form market, the manager of huakang company analized the problems of internal and sucumstances of out words,and they decide to improve the quality management,which was a method to save the company and enhance the competence . according to the quality problems, the company research the quality of product ,the level og service and complaint of the specialty of the product ,the system focuseson , the safe ,then on the rationalization of nourishment, and ensures the best taste .The request of the custom is the first of the quality management ,and focus on the leadership and participation of all the stall,and insist on the improven, ent of the quality ,which could keep the quality and improve the quality constantly.In the work of quality management,Huakang company establish the system with scientific decision to actuate the initiative and enthusiasm. The policy of the quality is the request of the custom, the safe of the food, the rationlization of the nourshment and the quickly formulate of the standard.
