Human resources is one of the key factor to forge the core competitiveness. At the times of knowledge economy, under the special corporate culture and training, human resources is becoming a rare, irreplaceable and sustainable resources. Human resources has been enhanced to the strategic level and become an important means to obtain the competitive advantage.As a newly emerged service industry, logistic can not only help to lower the cost, but also improve the service as well as optimize and allocate the social sources. Hence, logistic is regarded as a fundamental industry and artery for the development of national economy and an significant factor to measure the integrated capabilities of a country. As a rising line, logistic is on its fast development path, so the talent people are in great short. The lack of high management is becoming a bottle neck to curb the growth of the line. At present, many agencies which formerly engaged in goods transportation and traditional carrying trade are trying to transfer to professional logistic. Under the circumstance, how to make good practice and operation of transitional human resources are the issues faced by many corporate. So the thesis have done profoundly research on the human resources of logistic from the following aspects.In the first chapter, we discuss the definition, the current developing situation of logistic and show its value in the national economy.In the second chapter, we explain the different modules and their functions of human resources in the corporate.In the third chapter, we differentiate the organizational structure, management of logistic firms and other firms as well as talk about the special requirement for the staff qualities.In the fourth chapter, firstly from the macro point, we analyze the present situation of human resources development of logistic and their reasons. Then, we further discussthe management condition of human resources.In the fifth chapter, based on the latest development of international logistic, we bring forward the models which are suitable for the practice of human resources development and management for the domestic corporate.In the last chapter, we discuss some cases of the successful international logistic firms, and hope to throw a light for the human resources management of domestic counterparts.
