The food industry is based on the position of the pillar industries,the inevitable competition is very fierce,so the competition of human resources is particularly important.Human resources development strategy in twentieth Century with the development of the industrial revolution of the theory,with the development of human social production practice,many enterprises realize that it is the enterprise's talent to provide a competitive advantage.Human resources is a key strategic resource of the core competitiveness of an enterprise,strategic management and human resources management are the two core content of enterprise management,strategic human resource management is to improve the traditional personnel management and human resource management to a strategic height of advanced management concept.Therefore,it is very necessary to research the human resources strategy of Jinshan food.First of all,according to the Hunan Jinshan Food Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jinshan Food)development in recent years,combined with the status and development trend of domestic food market,through the theory of human resource management and strategic management,the development status of Jinshan Food and the group's human resources analysis.Secondly,the theory of human resources strategy research,through the analysis of the focus of the problem,the focus of the participants to analyze the concept of human resources development strategy for the analysis and development.Again,the Jinshan food environment of human resources are analyzed,according to the specific situation of talent demand Jinshan food,to forecast the demand of Jinshan Food talent,and enterprise human resource management problems are analyzed through questionnaire survey of employees.At last,this paper gives the principle,goal and guideline of Jinshan food the implementation of human resource strategy,and puts forward some concrete suggestions on the implementation of the implementation strategy of human resources development strategy,the human resources management has given the overall strategic planning,improve the level of enterprise human resource management,promote enterprise's leap development.
