People, as the most important factor of production, is the highest valued resource for any corporation. Thus, vigor of a corporation lies in its personnel. Success or failure of a corporation is decided by overall quality of its employees.Corporation HRM consultation is right a certain kind of consultative activity conducted by professional management consultants. It's composed of three parts: investigation and evaluation of reality and effect of corporation HRM, analysis characteristics and existing problems of HRM and putting forward reasonable reform project with the aim of helping "employees" and "tasks" meeting with each other within a changeable environment. For this reason, corporation HRM consultation should be treated as an effective way to develop and guild HRM staff to improve their management efficiency. Corporation HRM consultation, for one thing, is a process that consultants, who are well armed with their rich management expertise, detect and help corporation in question solve its HRM problems. For another, it can foster the communication on working experience, knowledge and skills for both sides that can hence the level of corporation management, especially crisis management. The purpose of consultation is to find the existing problems of corporation HR. If these can be solved promptly, the crisis can be avoided, or else it will happen. It's necessary to analyze HR crisis and build up protection system to ensure the corporation in question to deal with and survive from crisis.This thesis analyses HRM consultation and HR crisis, provides systematical method, key points, principles and protection system for HRM consultation on basis of a series of HRM theories. Combined with the real situation of HRM in Chinese corporations, it also raise up the importance of HRM consultation and crisis protection system.
