Today, human resources is considered the most important resources, has become the core of modern management. Human resources management not only provides a strong guarantee for the survival, but also provides the original impetus for the development of enterprises. However, with the coming of Economic globalization and Knowledge "Network, competition becoming more and more intense and business changes in the external environment is also more and more sharply, Human resources management is also going to face the new challenges. Crisis absent nowhere, serious human resource crisis will bring the fatal blow to enterprise. However, Chinese enterprises generally lack a sense of crisis of human resources weaknesses, and also lack the understanding and methods for the judgment and Recognition of human resources Crisis. Therefore, how to identify the risk, diagnose crisis, resolute crisis timely by the crisis of human resources-related symptoms is the urgent subject which enterprise need to solve.First chapter is the introduction, mainly introduced the background and the significance of selecting this topic. Second chapter analyzed the human resource crisis origin, the classification and the indication of human resource. The third chapter reviewed human resource crisis indication, established the scientific human resource crisis to forewarn the target system, and elaborated hypothesis principle and the method to set the target early warning value. In fourth chapter, established the forewarn model of Human resource crisis, and elaborated the early warning flow. Fifth chapter and the sixth rules separately have conducted the thorough research to the two sub-systems of the crisis early warning system and the early warning countermeasure system, provided the theory support for the human resource crisis recognition and the solution.
