Study On Supply Chain Management Of Delta Electronics Co.,LTD

With rapid progress of economy globalization and information technology , Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a superior idea in the 21th century and it' s application is popular. Moreover, If we apply the advanced idea of Supply Chain Management to analyze and solve the problems in enterprise development , the problems will be more effective and easier to solve.The paper embodied with fact of Delta Corporation , and focus on the problems of Supply Chain Management. Applying modern theories and means of Supply Chain Management, I not only analyze those problems what serious hampered Delta' development, but also give some better advice and ways to resolve these problems. This paper includes five Chapters. In chapter one, I describe the overview and bottlenecks of Delta. In the second Chapter, I discuss relevant theories of Supply Chain Management, which is the theoretic base of the article. From the point of view of Supply Chain Management, Chapter three analyzes the problem of Delta' s current management, pointing out its deficiency existing; In chapter four, we resolve the problems and reengineer Delta' supply chain according to the theories of Chapter two; Finally, Chapter five is summary and conclusion.
