A Study On Improving Production Management Performance Path Of Gospell Co., Ltd.

With the acceleration of the process of global economy integration, global manufacture center is shifting to China step by step. Some multinational companies have entered the Chinese market which brings challenge and opportunities to Chinese private corporation at the same time. After 12 years, Gospell Company has come into important period in its development. For further improving production management performance of Gospell Company, and providing some reference for Chinese private corporation at the same time, author decided to have the thorough research in this topic. First of all, this paper analyzed the challenge that Gospell Company face, proved the necessity of study on production management performance of Gospell Company, and carried on the survey to the relevant theory of production management. Then, it analyzed the outside macroscopically environment, and inside conditions, such as management ability of production department, and put forward the measure of improving production management performance of Gospell Company. This paper mainly adopted questionnaire, experiential analysis, compare analysis etc. It discussed the measure of improving production management performance, and expatiated on the solution of improving production management performance that commencing on from 'system', 'principle', 'culture'three sides, through constructing of 'system', 'principle', 'culture', make production management performance have the biggest exaltation in the most short time. This paper is to expatiate all sides of pushing rationalization suggestion institutional and make this system have the stronger maneuverability. It put forward the concept of establishing total IE system, broke the traditional idea of using IE technique, and thought that using IE technique is not the patent of IE engineer, and claimed all employees should study and use the basic knowledge of IE. This paper summarized the training course for manager and worker of production department and made the training work of the production department have the very strong practicability and pertinency.
