Since the beginning of 21 st century, with the gradual speeding up of global economization, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce under unprecedented challenge and pressure. In China, enterprises are attending more emphasis on training, but the ways for training are still under exploration. With employees being intangible capital, effective training system can enhance the cohesion of enterprises. An excellent training system, a part of corporate culture and way of management, is cost-effective for enterprises, attracting more and more enterprises to focus.This paper explores the following issues of M oil company’s training system: 1, lacking of scientific and authentic analysis of training requirement; 2, incomprehensive training content; 3, rigid training form; 4, insignificant training effect evaluation; 5, lacking career design for employees. For those issues, corresponding suggestions include: To improve analysis on training requirement of M company, to improve training system of teacher, to expand training course system, to improve training content and reinforce evaluation of training effects. In consideration with status and strategic goals of M company, this paper helps to optimize its existing system, so as to improve the training system and promote the corporate culture.Under the premise of fast operation of current market economy, M company must utilize employee training to improve comprehensive business benefits, enhance comprehensive competitiveness constantly and arouse enthusiasm of employees to guarantee the invincible position of M company in the fierce competition for long time.
