Study On Social Security In The Course Of Rebuilding "Village In A City"

Rebuilding of "Village in a city" is the direct result for urbanization of China's feature. It will be the remarkable social phenomenon in the first twenty years in twenty—one century.Huhhot in Inner mongolia have got a great achievement on urbanization. The city construction has great changes day by day. The result of city management is seen by people obviously. The city of Huhhot is taking on a new look. With the enlargement of city scale, more villages are getting into a part of city, more peasants will become citizens. It means more and more oringinal peasants will face to the fact of losing their land and being out of their work. For peasants who live on their land generation by generation, their land is taken over, it means they will lose the basic resourse of stable life,they must be thrown into the frighten of losing their land and trying to grasp their land when the system of social protection has not realy set up. They will go to the government to express their dissatisfaction and try their best to keep their land, this case will hurt the stable enviolment of economy and socialty. However, how to settle their life problems for these people is to wipe off their afraid of getting into the city, to realize the goat of enlarging the city of Huhhot, completing the construction of modern capital city.The author of this thesis thinks that it is very important to solve their life problem when the peasants get into the city. This thesis tells us how to establish the system to asure that these group of people who become the citizens from peasants can make a good life when they get old in the city. Study by working out the construction of "Village in city" in the other cities in China, learn about how to carry out the construction of "village in a city" in YUQUAN district of Huhhot in Inner mongolia .This study would have an positive significance to comeplete the construction of "village in a city"in YUQUAN district in Huhhot in Inner Mongolia.It will have great evaluation to solve the problems of rebuilding of "village in a city".
